About CompliMed

CompliMed was formed in November 2003 and currently has approximately 42 000 principal members under administration, with a collective premium of more than R30 million per annum.

In a strategic partnership with the underwriting manager, we utilise the Long and Short term license of the insurers.

This enables us to develop and administer personalised cover for individuals or large employer groups.

CompliMed works solely through a network of Independent and Corporate Brokers.

The Head office is situated in Pinetown, where a team of 14 well-trained and equipped staff professionally handle all premium collections, claims and administration functions.

We have approximately 150 licensed and accredited independent Brokers, spread around South Africa. They market our range of products which include Health Insurance, Funeral Cover and Waiver of Premium benefits.
